Not completely satisfied? No problem! With us, you can return your order or part of it within 14 days of receipt.
NB:
Return costs are at your own expense.
We do not include a return label. You can send your return at your own expense via a postal service of your choice.
You will only receive a confirmation once your return has been processed – not before.
Return conditions
Sale items, jewelry, and hair accessories cannot be returned.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by original packaging and price tags.
Items with make-up or other stains will not be accepted.
Always include the invoice with your return.
Return a maximum of 1 order per package.
How do you return an item?
1 Registration is not mandatory, but you may email your return to info@lesmijoux.com with your name, order number, and the products you are returning.
2 Send your package at your own expense via a postal service of your choice.
3 Stick the return address on the package or create a shipping label yourself.

Processing & Refund
We will process your return within a maximum of 10 working days after receipt.
You will receive one e-mail once the return has been processed and refunded.

Returns result in extra transport and packaging materials, contributing to a higher environmental impact. Our return refund helps limit this impact and encourages careful shopping.
Please note: If your order total falls below €100 after returning items, free shipping will no longer apply. Shipping costs will then be charged.
Complaint about an item?
Did you receive an item that is damaged or defective? Please contact us on the same day of receipt via info@lesmijoux.com. Include clear photos of the problem and mention your name order number.
If you report it later, we may no longer be able to process your complaint.
