- Lesmijoux.com cannot accept liability for the consequences of typographical errors on the website or other forms of media. Lesmijoux.com reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions and the content of its website at any time.
Nothing from the Lesmijoux.com website may be copied, stored, and/or distributed without written permission from Lesmijoux.com.

- Additions, amendments, and/or further agreements are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
Prices / Price Increase
- All prices mentioned are in euros, including 21% VAT, excluding shipping costs.
- After placing your order, you will immediately receive an email confirmation containing an overview of the ordered items and the total amount, including shipping costs. Payment must be made in advance. The payment options are: iDeal / Bancontact
- Lesmijoux.com guarantees that price increases will not occur after the stated price has been established, unless the price increase is the result of statutory regulations and/or provisions.
- If the price increase is not the result of statutory regulations and/or provisions, the consumer has the right to terminate the distance contract effective on the day the price increase takes effect.
About the products

Episode
- If the purchaser refuses acceptance or is negligent in providing information or instructions necessary for delivery, the articles shall be stored at the expense and risk of the purchaser.
- The delivery obligation of Lesmijoux.com shall, unless proven otherwise, be deemed fulfilled as soon as the goods delivered by Lesmijoux.com have been offered to the purchaser once. In the case of home delivery, the carrier's report stating the refusal of acceptance constitutes full proof of the offer of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
- In the event of refusal of the goods offered, return freight and storage costs, as well as the risk of damage to or loss of the refused goods, shall be entirely for the account of the purchaser, unless the purchaser invokes the right to dissolution of the purchase or replacement of the goods on valid grounds.
- If an order for which no shipping costs have been charged (for example, for an order value exceeding a certain amount) is returned because the customer failed to collect the shipment in a timely manner from the designated pick-up point, Lesmijoux.com reserves the right to deduct the incurred shipping and return costs from the amount to be refunded. These costs are considered direct costs arising from the failure to accept the order and shall be borne entirely by the customer.
- We recommend insuring return shipments because you are legally required to take care of the items and because you will be held responsible for any damage to the items until we have received them back.
- Lesmijoux.com makes every effort to deliver orders as soon as possible. If delivery is delayed – either due to being out of stock or for other reasons – or if an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, the customer will be notified.
- If Lesmijoux.com has specified a delivery time, this is indicative. A stated delivery time is therefore never a binding deadline. However, the final delivery time will never exceed the stated delivery time by more than ten working days, unless there is a case of force majeure. Should an item not be delivered by the postal company with which Lesmijoux.com collaborates, Lesmijoux.com will initiate an investigation with the relevant postal company. This takes a maximum of 10 working days after receipt of the complaint. In the event of a deadline being exceeded, the customer must notify Lesmijoux.com in writing or by e-mail.
- In the event of hidden defects, or in the event of visible defects after the inspection period, any complaint must be reported within 14 days. The customer must include a written description of the observed defects. If the customer does not request repair or replacement in writing, Lesmijoux.com will decide whether the item will be replaced.
- Delivery time. In accordance with the rules of distance selling, Lesmijoux.com (contractor) will execute orders with due speed, but at least within 10 working days (unless there is a case of force majeure). If this is not possible (because the ordered item is out of stock or no longer available), or if an order cannot be executed at all or only partially, the consumer (client) will receive notification within 1 month after placing the order and, in that case, has the right to cancel the order without costs or notice of default. For items sent by the customer on their own initiative, the transport costs shall be borne by the customer. In that case, Lesmijoux.com is not liable for damage incurred during transport. Lesmijoux.com is not liable for damage suffered by the customer or a third party through the use of an item supplied by Lesmijoux.com, unless the customer demonstrates that the damage was caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of Lesmijoux.com. (In)direct costs or damage to the customer or a third party caused by a defective item being out of use are not eligible for compensation, unless the customer demonstrates that the costs or damage were caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of Lesmijoux.com.
- Regarding refunds: Amounts already paid for items returned within the cooling-off period, or advance payments made by the customer based on conditions set by Lesmijoux.com, will be refunded minus incurred shipping costs if the sale does not materialize. Items that have been wholly or partially processed, damaged items, and packaged items missing their packaging can never be returned.
Dissolution
- Without prejudice to Lesmijoux.com's rights under the law, Lesmijoux.com is entitled, by means of a written declaration to that effect to the Customer, to suspend or dissolve the agreement in whole or in part, with the right to compensation from the Customer, if, after the conclusion of the agreement, circumstances come to Lesmijoux.com's attention which give Lesmijoux.com good grounds to fear that the Customer will not fulfill its obligations, or if Lesmijoux.com requested security for performance upon conclusion of the agreement and this security is not provided or is insufficient (despite a formal demand), as well as in the event of the Customer's bankruptcy, a voluntary application for bankruptcy by the Customer, suspension of payments, liquidation or a decision to that effect, complete or partial transfer of the Customer's business, or seizure of any part of its assets.
- If circumstances arise concerning persons and/or materials which Lesmijoux.com uses or customarily uses in the performance of the agreement, which are of such a nature that the performance of the agreement becomes impossible or so burdensome and/or disproportionately expensive that compliance can no longer reasonably be demanded, Lesmijoux.com is entitled to dissolve the agreement.
- The purchaser has the right to dissolve the agreement regarding goods delivered pursuant to an order placed with Lesmijoux.com within a period of 7 working days without giving reasons, unless expressly agreed otherwise. This period commences at the moment the ordered goods have been delivered. If the purchaser has not returned the delivered goods to Lesmijoux.com after the expiry of this period, the purchase is final. Before proceeding with the return, the purchaser is obliged to notify Lesmijoux.com thereof within the period of 7 working days after delivery. The purchaser must prove that the delivered goods were returned in a timely manner (no later than 5 working days after delivery), for example by means of proof of postal delivery. The return of the delivered goods is entirely at the expense and risk of the purchaser. The goods must be returned in their original packaging (including accessories and accompanying documentation) and in new condition. If the goods have been used, encumbered, or damaged in any way by the purchaser, the right to dissolve the agreement within the meaning of this paragraph shall lapse.
Returns
- The return of delivered goods takes place at the expense and risk of the Consumer-purchaser and/or Customer and is only permitted after written permission from Les Mijoux subject to the conditions to be set by it.
- Items that have been wholly or partially processed, damaged items, and packaged items missing their packaging can never be returned.
- Returns that are not returned in a timely manner may be refused by Les Mijoux. Les Mijoux will resend the order upon payment of shipping costs.
- Return requirements:
- Sale and promotional items cannot be returned.
- Jewelry and hair accessories cannot be returned.
- The items must be undamaged, unworn, and include the original packaging and price tags.
- Items containing make-up or other stains after being tried on cannot be returned.
- Include your invoice with your return; you received this with your order.
- Register your return via info@lesmijoux.com. Include your name, order number, and the product(s) you wish to return (this is not mandatory).
- It is possible to return a maximum of two orders in one package. However, it is important that the correct invoices are included in this package and that both returns reach us within 14 days.
Force majeur
- Force majeure is understood to include, in addition to what is understood in this regard in law and jurisprudence, all circumstances over which Lesmijoux.com has no control and which hinder or render the delivery of goods impossible, including but not limited to strikes at Lesmijoux.com and/or suppliers, internet outages, power outages, email traffic disruptions, and disruptions or changes in technology supplied by third parties.
- If the period during which performance of the obligation by Lesmijoux is impossible due to force majeure lasts longer than 4 weeks, both parties are entitled to dissolve the agreement, without any obligation to pay compensation in that case.
Guarantee
- Lesmijoux.com applies a warranty period of up to 14 days after receipt of the product. The following complaints are not covered by the warranty:
- Exceptional wear
- Damage caused by negligence
- Damage from washing
- Water, drop, or impact wear
- Discoloration of jewelry
- Sequins, stones, beads and buttons
- Allergic reaction to fabrics and materials of jewelry
Payment
- Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made via iDeal. Payment in installments is not possible.
- In the event of bankruptcy or suspension of payments by the customer, or an application therefor, the claims of Lesmijoux.com and the obligations of the customer towards Lesmijoux.com shall become immediately due and payable.
- Discounted products cannot be exchanged or returned.
Intellectual property rights
- Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the full copyrights and all other intellectual and industrial property rights relating to the articles supplied by Lesmijoux.com, such as trademark rights and design rights, rest exclusively with Lesmijoux.com and/or its suppliers.
- The parties undertake to take sufficient measures to ensure confidentiality with respect to each other's data of a confidential nature of which they become aware during the execution of the agreement.
Disputes
The customer can send an email to Lesmijoux.com for questions and/or complaints. Complaints are generally handled within 7 days. If this is not possible for any reason, the customer will be informed of the delay.
