Returns


Not completely satisfied? No problem! You can return your order or part of it within 14 days of receipt.


NB:

  • Return costs are at your own expense.
  • We do not include a return label. You can send your return at your own expense via a postal service of your choice.
  • You will only receive confirmation once your return has been processed – not before.

  • Return Policy

  • Sale items, jewelry and hair accessories are non-returnable.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged and with original packaging and price tags.
  • Items with makeup or other stains will not be accepted.
  • Always include the invoice with your return.
  • Return a maximum of 1 order per package.

  • How do you return?

    1 Registration is not required, but you can email your return to info@lesmijoux.com with your name, order number and the products you are returning.

    2. Send your package at your own expense via a postal company of your choice.

    3 Stick the return address on the package or create a shipping label yourself via e.g. postnl.nl.

    Processing & Refund

  • We will process your return within a maximum of 10 working days after receipt.
  • You will receive one email once your return has been processed and refunded.
  • Didn't receive an email after 15 business days? Please contact us.

  • Conscious shopping

    At Les Mijoux, we believe it's important to work together towards a more sustainable fashion industry. That's why we encourage conscious shopping.

    Returns require additional transportation and packaging, which contributes to a higher environmental impact. Our return compensation helps limit this impact and encourages careful shopping.

    Please note: If your order total falls below €100 after returning, free shipping will be canceled. You will still be charged €5.95 in shipping costs.


    Complaint about an item?

    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us the same day you receive it at info@lesmijoux.com. Please include clear photos of the problem and include your name and order number.

    If you report it later, we may no longer be able to process your complaint.
