Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Lesmijoux.com does not recognize any general or specific terms or conditions of third parties.
Lesmijoux.com cannot be held liable for the consequences of typographical errors on the website or other forms of media. Lesmijoux.com reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and the content of its website at any time.
- Nothing from the Lesmijoux.com website may be copied, stored, and/or distributed without the written permission of Lesmijoux.com.

- Additions, amendments and/or further agreements are only valid if agreed in writing.
Prices / Price increase
- All prices quoted are in euros, including 21% VAT, excluding shipping costs.
- After placing your order, you will immediately receive an email confirmation with an overview of the items ordered and the total amount, including shipping costs. Payment must be made in advance. Payment options are: iDeal / Bancontact
- Lesmijoux.com guarantees that price increases will not occur after the stated price has been established, unless the price increase is the result of legal regulations and/or provisions.
- If the price increase is not the result of statutory regulations and/or provisions, the consumer has the right to cancel the distance contract on the day on which the price increase takes effect.

Episode
- If the purchaser refuses to accept delivery or fails to provide information or instructions necessary for delivery, the items will be stored at the purchaser's expense and risk.
- Lesmijoux.com's delivery obligation will be fulfilled, unless proven otherwise, once the goods delivered by Lesmijoux.com have been offered to the customer once. In the case of home delivery, the carrier's report, containing the refusal of acceptance, constitutes full proof of the offer of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
- In the event of refusal of the offered goods, return freight and storage costs, as well as the risk of damage or loss of the refused goods, shall be borne entirely by the purchaser, unless the purchaser reasonably invokes the right to cancel the purchase or to replace the goods.
- If an order for which no shipping costs were charged (for example, for an order value above a certain amount) is returned because the customer failed to collect the shipment on time from the designated collection point, Lesmijoux.com reserves the right to deduct the shipping and return costs from the refund amount. These costs are considered direct costs resulting from the non-receipt of the order and are fully borne by the customer.
- We recommend that you insure your returns because you are legally obliged to take good care of the items and are responsible for any damage to the items until we receive them back.
- Lesmijoux.com makes every effort to deliver orders as quickly as possible. If delivery is delayed—whether due to out-of-stock or for other reasons—or if an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, the customer will be notified.
- If Lesmijoux.com has specified a delivery time, this is an estimate. A specified delivery time is therefore never a deadline. The final delivery time will never exceed the specified delivery time by more than ten business days, unless there is a case of force majeure. If an item is not delivered by the postal company Lesmijoux.com uses, Lesmijoux.com will initiate an investigation with the relevant postal company. This will take a maximum of 10 business days after receipt of the complaint. If a delivery time is exceeded, the customer must notify Lesmijoux.com in writing or by email.
- In the event of hidden defects, or in the event of visible defects after the inspection period, any complaint must be reported within 14 days. The customer must include a written description of the discovered defects. If the customer does not request repair or replacement in writing, Lesmijoux.com will decide whether the item will be replaced.
- Delivery time. In accordance with the rules of distance selling, Lesmijoux.com (contractor) will fulfill orders expeditiously, but at least within 10 business days (unless there is a case of force majeure). If this is not possible (because the item ordered is out of stock or no longer available), or an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, the consumer (client) will receive notification within one month of placing the order and will then have the right to cancel the order free of charge and without notice of default. For items sent back by the customer on their own initiative, the shipping costs are their responsibility. In that case, Lesmijoux.com is not liable for damage incurred during transport. Lesmijoux.com is not liable for damage suffered by the customer or a third party as a result of using an item supplied by Lesmijoux.com, unless the customer can demonstrate that the damage was caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of Lesmijoux.com. (In)direct costs or damage to the customer or a third party caused by the non-use of a defective item are not eligible for compensation, unless the customer proves that the costs or damage were caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of Lesmijoux.com.
- Refunds: Amounts already paid for items returned within the cooling-off period, or advance payments made by the customer under the terms and conditions set by Lesmijoux.com, will be refunded minus shipping costs if the sale is not completed. Items that have been fully or partially processed, damaged items, and packaged items with missing packaging are never returnable.
Dissolution
- Without prejudice to the rights of Lesmijoux.com under the law, Lesmijoux.com is entitled to suspend or terminate the agreement in whole or in part by means of a written statement to that effect to the purchaser, with the right to compensation from the purchaser if, after the conclusion of the agreement, Lesmijoux.com becomes aware of circumstances that give Lesmijoux.com good reason to fear that the purchaser will not meet their obligations or if Lesmijoux.com has requested security for performance upon concluding the agreement and this security is not provided or is insufficient (despite notice) as well as in the event of bankruptcy of the purchaser, a petition for bankruptcy by the purchaser, suspension of payments, liquidation or a decision thereto, full or partial transfer of the purchaser's company or seizure of any part of its assets.
- If circumstances arise with regard to persons and/or materials used or customarily used by Lesmijoux.com in the performance of the agreement, which are of such a nature that the performance of the agreement becomes impossible or so difficult and/or disproportionately expensive that compliance with it can no longer reasonably be required, Lesmijoux.com is entitled to terminate the agreement.
- The buyer has the right to cancel the agreement for goods delivered based on an order placed with Lesmijoux.com within 7 business days without giving any reason, unless expressly agreed otherwise. This period begins when the ordered goods are delivered. If the buyer has not returned the delivered goods to Lesmijoux.com after this period, the purchase is final. Before returning the goods, the buyer is obligated to notify Lesmijoux.com of this within 7 business days of delivery. The buyer must prove that the delivered goods were returned on time (no later than 5 business days after delivery), for example, by means of proof of postal delivery. The return of the delivered goods is entirely at the buyer's expense and risk. The goods must be returned in the original packaging (including accessories and accompanying documentation) and in new condition. If the goods have been used, encumbered or damaged in any way by the buyer, the right of cancellation within the meaning of this clause shall lapse.
Returns
- Returns of delivered goods are at the expense and risk of the Consumer-purchaser and/or Purchaser and are only permitted after written permission from Les Mijoux under the conditions set by it.
- Items that have been fully or partially processed, damaged items and packaged items whose packaging is missing can never be returned.
- Returns not returned on time may be refused by Les Mijoux. Les Mijoux will resend the order upon payment of shipping costs.
- Return conditions: Sale and promotional items are non-returnable. Jewelry and hair accessories are non-returnable. Items must be undamaged, unworn, and have the original packaging and price tags attached. Items with makeup or other stains after trying on cannot be returned. Include your invoice with your return; you will receive this with your order. Submit your return via info@lesmijoux.com. Please include your name, order number, and the product(s) you wish to return (this is not mandatory). You may return a maximum of two orders in one package. It is important that the correct invoices are included with this package and that both returns are returned to us within 14 days.
Force majeur
- Force majeure is understood to mean, in addition to what is understood in law and case law, all circumstances over which Lesmijoux.com has no influence and which hinder or make the delivery of goods impossible, including but not limited to strikes at Lesmijoux.com and/or suppliers, internet disruptions, power disruptions, disruptions in e-mail traffic and disruptions or changes in technology supplied by third parties.
- If the period during which Lesmijoux is unable to fulfil its obligations due to force majeure lasts longer than 4 weeks, both parties are entitled to terminate the agreement without any obligation to pay damages.
Guarantee
- Lesmijoux.com offers a warranty period of 14 days after receipt of the product. The following complaints are not covered by the warranty:
- Exceptional wear
- Damage due to negligence
- Damage from washing
- Water, drop or impact wear
- Discoloration of jewelry
- Sequins and buttons
- Allergic reaction to fabrics and jewelry materials
Payment
- Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made via iDeal. Payment in installments is not possible.
- In the event of bankruptcy or suspension of payment by the purchaser or an application thereto, the claims of Lesmijoux.com and the obligations of the purchaser towards Lesmijoux.com are immediately due and payable.
- Discounted products cannot be exchanged or returned.
Intellectual property rights
- Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all copyrights and other intellectual and industrial property rights relating to the articles supplied by Lesmijoux.com, such as trademark rights and model rights, belong exclusively to Lesmijoux.com and/or its suppliers.
- The parties undertake to take sufficient measures to ensure confidentiality with regard to each other's data of a confidential nature of which they become aware during the performance of the agreement.
Disputes
Customers can email Lesmijoux.com with any questions or complaints. Complaints are usually handled within 7 days. If this is not possible for any reason, the customer will be notified of the delay.
